ABOUT  WOODLIVING  OUTDOOR

I love to travel and to discover new small design hotels with their own identity . Other cultures and local influences and materials are always a source of inspiration for new ideas. My passion is wood and furniture in all kinds of creations. After a morning visit or activity i always enjoy to relax next to the swimming pool in a comfortable lounger and that's where my story begins.

I never had the feeling of the ideal sunbed who looks nice and feels comfortable, so i create my own lounger.

Its obviously that the core of my design is in wood and the best specie for me was afrormosia.

I know that there are already a dozen of sunbeds made in al kinds of materials but the ultimate lounger for me i have never found.

The bottom that will support the main cushion is normaly also in wood but i wanted to create something else who looks trendy and  feels soft. The solution was a rope in different colors who is weather resistant and strong enough to carry the cushion and a person.

The idea for the cushions was simple for me, it had to feel as comfortable as my bed.

I hope that in the future on one of my next hollidays i will find a swimmingpool with the woodliving loungers so i can relax in style and comfort!
